Assignment to design renovation interior/exterior
The owners of the house (built in 1991) needed a thorough overhaul including changes to the facade. Interior designer P. Maas therefore asked MIXD to take over the assignment. Besides making the final design and supervising the execution, the stairs and bathroom were also completely designed by MIXD.
To significantly increase the spaciousness, an open kitchen was installed on the first floor with a worktop that extends outside. New sliding doors open up the house to the garden.
